measure.
Weigh your pet on a bathroom scale. This is your main sizing input.
Measure the widest part of your pet's chest, just behind the front legs. Add 1 inch for comfort.
A slightly looser fit is safer and more comfortable than a snug one.
Measure chest girth at its widest point, behind the front legs.

Pets over 18 lbs are not suited for the PawVest. All weights are based on adult body weight.
